The ILM new motorcycle helmet is composed of carbon fibers and high-density EPS foam. The carbon fiber shell offers exceptional strength and sturdiness, providing unparalleled impact and penetration protection. Weighing only 1450g, the carbon fiber helmet is lighter in weight and more cervical spine-friendly compared to other helmet materials.

Designed to meet the needs of riders seeking lightweight performance, airflow, and protection of a race helmet combined with the comfort and convenience of a touring helmet, this full-face motorcycle helmet features a detachable outer visor and helmet fin.

To remove the helmet fin, unscrew the four screws and the fin can be easily detached. Replacing the full-face helmet visor involves flipping the visor up, pulling the trigger inward, and then detaching the visor from the helmet. To reinstall, pull the trigger inward and snap the visor pin into the visor lock, then rotate the visor into the down position to ensure complete installation.

The helmet's ventilation system is designed for great performance. Multiple air intake and exhaust vents improve airflow and keep the rider's head refreshed. The outer visor is Pinlock30 compatible, allowing for the installation of a Pinlock30 insert to prevent visor fogging. The inner tinted visor can be flipped up by pushing the switch down, without needing to open the outer clear shield. The mouth intake vent is easy to operate, even with gloved hands, maximizing air volume into the helmet interior and reducing shield fogging. The rear vents allow for effective air exhaust.

The helmet is designed to be eyeglasses-friendly, providing a more convenient and safer experience for riders who wear glasses. The E.Q.R.S. (Emergency Quick Release System) allows for quick helmet removal in emergency situations, although it is important to note that using this system will disable the helmet's safety mechanisms, and it should only be used in true emergencies.

The helmet has reserved cutouts underneath the cheek pads to install Bluetooth communication speakers, allowing riders to answer calls and reducing pressure on their ears and face while riding. The ILM R&D team has developed two different versions of this helmet, each with unique features in material, liner, and safety buckle, allowing users to choose based on their preferences and needs.

Accessories available for this helmet include colored visors, tinted fins, breath guards, and replacement pads, as well as the Pinlock30 anti-fogging insert. The helmet shell is carbon fiber, making it extremely lightweight, and the internal buffer EPS foam can minimize the impact of collisions, providing better protection for the rider's head. The helmet meets or exceeds FMVSS 218 and DOT safety standards.
